15th  of February 2019- The last year students of Sciences, had the opportunity of visiting the Technical Superior Institute, in Lisbon and  take part of the Exhibition  “Explore Materials” .

There, they could use  a 3D printer using resin.  One of the students is watching a resin ball printed by a 3D printer. 

Experiments with carbon fiber, material that becomes very light and resistant

 

Some other students had the chance to make experiments with Bismut 

Some other groups, made an experiment with a spoon of Titanium and Metal. 
At the end, these experiments helped students to choose an area of studies and developed their sense of discovery.
